Great tips! I would just like to add that the best environmentally-friendly pest control measure in my book is prevention and for this you will need awareness and vigilance.

Know how they are spread and be aware of the environments you place yourself in. Customers need to be a part of an Integrated Pest Management Plan. Much more success in controlling pests like cockroaches, spiders and ants is likely if the customer participates in following through with the recommendations made by their pest control operator.
